SHIPPING
Free Shipping on Orders of $100 or More
If any purchase exceeds $100, the shipping costs are on us. Orders under $100 ship within Canada via Parcel Post for just $6.50.

Shipping within Canada
Orders are sent via Expedited Parcel Post unless otherwise specified. Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. All orders are shipped from Prince George, BC and take one business day to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.

RETURNS
We guarantee our products; if an item hasn not met your expectations, you can return it. You may simply return the item for exchange, refund, or credit.

Before shipping the items, please send an email to info@organicthought.org to confirm the return. Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
